Beautiful, comfortable terraced house. In the district of El Rectoret, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 120 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Barbecue, public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant, bar 160 m, bus stop "La Ponderosa T" 1.2 km, railway station "Cunit" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Sitges 20 km, Barcelona 61 km, Tarragona 41 km, Port Aventura 51 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

La location est parfaite , idéalement placée, bien équipée avec un belle piscine. Nous avons passé une première semaine agréable et reposante mais malheureusement la deuxième s est avérée plus compliqué . Nos voisins de la deuxième semaine étaient en effet très bruyants.

La casa está estupenda, tiene todo lo necesario. La piscina, viajando con niños, lo mejor de todo. Una zona muy tranquila. La atención por parte de interhome ha sido maravillosa, tanto la persona que nos entregó las llaves como la central, donde nos ofrecieron la casa que estábamos buscando. Repetiremos seguro.

La casa es ideal. Totalmente funcional. No se necesita nada más para pasar unos días con niños pequeños. Totalmente equipada. Hemos estado estupendamente, altamente recomendable. La acogida de M. ha sido muy amable.

La casa se ajusta a las fotos. Cómoda, confortable y todos los servicios de primera. Nota: aunque pone que no tiene calefacción, SÍ la tiene. A mejorar: check-in (tuvimos que esperar) /check-out (no se presentó). El resto perfecto.
