Welcome to our spacious 3-bed, 3.5-bath home in the heart of Houston! Enjoy stunning city views and the convenience of garage parking. Located just minutes from downtown attractions like the Museum District, Discovery Green, and the vibrant nightlife, you’ll be close to it all. Whether you`re here for business or leisure, our home is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. We can’t wait to host you!
As you enter the unit you will be able to park in the garage. The garage is coded, making it quick and easy to park and enter. The first bedroom is located on the bottom floor with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There are balcony doors to the back area, but there is no backyard area, just a small walk space. Head up to the second floor to arrive into the kitchen and living room. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a hidden wine bar off the dining room. Enjoy your city views on the balcony off the living room. As you head to the third floor, there is a half bathroom on the stairs. The third floor has the two other bedrooms and laundry area. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom located directly at the top of the stairs on the third floor, has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity and a stand alone shower with a large garden bathtub.
You will have access to the entire home including the garage.
The closet located by the front door is locked and not available.
