Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apt on the 11th Floor-Morros City

Spectacular 2-bedroom apartment located in Morros City in the Bocagrande neighborhood. You'll be staying in one of the city's finest and most beautiful buildings, just a 4-minute taxi ride from the Walled City. Enjoy the building's excellent amenities, including an infinity pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and more. The beautifully decorated apartment boasts stunning views of Cartagena's beaches and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Only guests registered at the apartment will be allowed in the building. NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. For registration, you must send me the names of the guests at least 24 hours before your arrival. Maximum of 6 guests registered in total. Upon registration, you will be given a wristband. Please do not remove it. If lost, you will be charged $20,000 for each wristband. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; the penalty is $250 USD.

The apartment comprises the following: Master bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 smart TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom: 2 single beds, TV, wardrobe. Living room: Smart TV, sofa, dining area, bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a second bathroom with a shower next to the living room. The balcony offers a great view of the beaches of Cartagena.

Guests will have access to the pool, gym, and jacuzzi. A parking space is also available should you need it. Please note that only pre-registered guests are allowed entry to the building. Visitors are not permitted.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist buildings, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It lies between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, encompassing two neighborhoods: El Laguito and Castillogrande. Bocagrande boasts long beaches and bustling commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the walled city center and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the building typically costs 20,000 pesos.
