My girlfriends and I had the best time staying here! We rented the property in mid-September and the weather was perfect. We had a private boat company pick us up from the dock which was convenient. House had plenty of rooms and sleeping space and felt very cozy. Kitchen was also fully stocked with everything you could need! Will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous stay - Cody was super responsive and the location, amenities and size of the house made us feel so at home! An amazing birthday weekend with friends and can’t recommend this spot enough.

Ashley and her group were wonderful guests. They were great communicators, respectful of all house and HOA rules, and treated the home like their own. The property was left in great condition, and we would absolutely welcome them back anytime. Highly recommend!

Plan on having no more than 2 cars as all others need to be parked outside of the gated community in an unsupervised and unlit dirt lot miles away from the property. Also the dock is very low and a really difficult walk to the water, impossible for anyone with any type of hip or knee pain.

Beautiful large home with an amazing view from the deck and inside the house. Lots of rooms and beds to accommodate large groups. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Lots of chairs and and two tables on the deck made for great dinners outside. Just one renter be ware, it's a long steep way down to the water/dock. There are stairs for most of it, but when the water is lower the final way down can be quite tricky. Glad we didn't bring our older parents, there's no way they would be able to get down to the dock.
