About this property

The Villa Clara is located directly on the harbour of Bolsena and offers not only a wonderful view of the lake, but also on the medieval castle. The location of the villa is perfect for a holiday without a car: in front of the house is the beautiful beach promenade with many restaurants and also the center is not far away.

The house is spread over 3 floors:
The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor, a large living room where you can relax on 2 comfortable sofas. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dining table. From the kitchen you can easily reach the terrace of the garden with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious BBQ, a parasol and a large dining table.

On the 1st floor there are another 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which are only available if the house is booked for more than 4 persons. (For rates and information, please send us a request or book "Villa Clara for 10 people." The use of the 1st floor is not included in this offer!)

In addition, there is a beautiful panoramic terrace on the second floor, which is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, where you can admire the beautiful sunsets of Lake Bolsena with a glass of wine. (The panoramic terrace on the 2nd floor is always at your disposal!)

Perfekt

Die Lage ist hervorragend mit einerseits tollem Blick auf den See und Hafen und andererseits auf das Castello. Diverse Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist gut und modern ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die große Dachterrasse und der Garten mit Grill sowie das Parken auf dem Grundstück runden das Vergnügen dort zu wohnen ab. Wir werden unseren Urlaub gerne wieder in der Villa Clara verbringen.
