Beautiful lake view

Stayed here with three adults and two kids for a week. The house is quite large with a second floor veranda that provides beautiful views over lake Bolsena at sunset and is gorgeous in the morning. The kids’s room (two twins) and “master” bed have French doors onto the veranda. Third bedroom downstairs is separated. The pool is small, but it also has a lake view and was plenty big for us five. The house is a very convenient location for Bolsena and surrounding area, close to the main road. Host was delightful and responsive. Check-in and check-out easiest I’ve experienced in Italy. Would not be good for a group needing a large HD television and broadband internet.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Het huis is van alle gemakken voor zien en komt heel erg overeen met de advertentie. Het is enorm ruim en heeft goede bedden, een enorm ruim balkon met schitterend uitzicht op het meer van Bolsena. Enige wat niet klopt is de afstand tot het meer. Zover wij hebben kunnen ontdekken is alles aan deze kant van het meer prive terrein, dus moet je of naar het openbare strand in Bolsena of naar een van de campings. Daarvoor moet je wel vervoer hebben. Het inchecken ging moeizaam aangezien we geen codes hadden ontvangen voor onze aankomst. Dat zorgde voor wat verwarring. Ook is de locatie via googlemaps niet te vinden. Een ander adres, van de zijstraat, aangeven zou makkelijker zijn geweest. Gelukkig is het huis vanaf de weg heel herkenbaar. Wij hebben genoten van de fantasische locatie

Bellissimo appartamento di 100 mq. su due livelli, finemente arredato con giardino e terrazza vista lago. Situato in zona tranquilla a 2 Km. circa dal centro di Bolsena. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Piscina pulita e con ottima manutenzione. Supermercato In coop a circa 1,5 km

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in geräumigem Landhaus

Wir haben uns als Familie mit Enkelkind zwei Wochen lang in diesem großzügigen Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst große Hitze konnte man dank Pool und relativ kühler Temperatur im Haus gut ertragen. Baumschatten tat sein Übriges. Da wir während unseres Aufenthaltes die einzigen Mieter waren, waren wir völlig ungestört. Auch die relative Nähe der Via Cassia empfanden wir nicht so störend, wie ursprünglich befürchtet. Zeitweilig kaum Verkehr. Fenster und Türen des Hauses sind erstaunlich schalldicht. Die Ausstattung war ganz okay. Nur Wlan , Klimaanlage und Mikrowelle gab es leider entgegen der Objektbeschreibung nicht.

Sehr schöne Wohnung . Durch Spül- und Waschmaschine sehr komfortabel.

Die schöne Dachterrasse mit Seeblick war sehr erholsam. Der großzügige Gartenbereich bot viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Nur die Via Cassia war etwas laut und störte bei offenem Fenster den Schlaf. Man konnte allerdings vom Treppenhaus her lüften.

Erholung pur

Wir haben als Familie die kleine und große Wohnung zusammen gebucht. Die Bilder sind 100%-ig so, wie die Wohnungen auch ausgestattet sind. Man hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und der Erhohlungseffekt war grandios. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr angenehm und jederzeit für uns uns erreichbar. Eine Fahrt um den Bolsenasee lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfbereitschaft der Menschen ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist im Gegensatz zu anderen Regionen günstig. Alles in allem war es für uns und unsere Kinder ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall im Sommer 2017 wieder.

Die Seele baumeln lassen...........

Wir haben alles, wie in der Offerte angegeben angetroffen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch durch die gute Betreuung der Hausdame. Sehr hilfreich waren ebenso die , im Vorfeld, abgegebenen Gastro Tipp s ( zb Il Moro ) des Eigentümers ; insbesondere da sie genau unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Italien an dieser Stelle ( Bolsena) kennenzulernen war wirklich ein Gewinn. Insbesondere die außerordentlich herzliche, unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit der Menschen die dort leben; sehr außergewöhnlich. Schöne Region; viel Natur u gute Restauration mit bestem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unsere positiven Erfahrungen haben wir gerne im Freundeskreis weitergegeben und werden die gemachten , Erfahrungen auch gerne selbst wieder nutzen um uns zu erholen.
