This loft apartment is located right on the square. Not only is the location absolutely perfect but the home is really special. It is new construction in a historic building with gorgeous windows, stylish furniture, a great kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom. Motorized shades, electric fireplaces and giant TVs make the perfect ambiance for watching an episode of The Vampire Diaries after touring all the filming locations around town. I imagine this is like the building Alaric’s apartment would be in. We enjoyed dinner at Mystic Grill and ice cream at Scoops and walked right to our apartment just steps away. The Welcome Center museum is also just a short walk from here (as are The Lockwood mansion, The Gilbert House, and Caroline’s. The host, Carli, was a dream to work with. The home and the building are clean and well maintained. I have stayed a handful of places in Covington on other occasions including filming locations. This apartment was the best we’ve stayed in so far. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and around the corner from the square! It was immaculately clean and beds were so comfortable. My wife and I highly recommend this place and will stay here in the future!

It doesn’t get better nor closer to the square than this. This place is absolutely stunning and clean. Quite convenient location with so much to offer . Beautiful cute shops with majority of the vampire diaries locations in walking distance, If we weren’t on such a tight budget we would have done a golf cart tour for the experience however we found n visited all the sites ourselves no problem including the bridge from a few scenes but mostly known for wher her parents drive off even though that is 30 minutes away I’d still suggest going. Host was very professional and understanding even when put to the test with my teen being a teen that knows everything and does what she wants . Apologies yet again and thanks for making this dream a magical memory for the both of us .
