Just a short 10 minute walk to Encuentro Beach, this property is perfectly positioned for surf enthusiasts, families, and travelers looking for a peaceful retreat close to Cabarete and Sosúa.

Designed with modern architecture and tropical outdoor living in mind, the villa features a fully private backyard oasis with a pool, covered terrace, outdoor BBQ area, and lush landscaping. Spend your mornings relaxing poolside, afternoons at the beach catching waves, and evenings dining under the stars in your own private space.

Inside, the villa offers open concept living with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area filled with natural light. All four bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms are located off the main living space, while two additional bedrooms are accessed from the outdoor area, offering added separation for families or groups. A half bathroom and an additional outdoor shower on the patio provide extra convenience.

Electricity Policy

Your stay includes 40 kWh per night. Usage above that amount is charged at 18 pesos per kWh and payable at checkout in USD or pesos. The meter is photographed at arrival and again at checkout, and both readings are shared with guests. To help manage usage, we recommend turning off air conditioning when not in the room. The pool pump also consumes a significant amount of electricity and should be turned off when not in use.
