Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the wrap-around balcony and backyard outdoor living area. The main living level is accessible by lift or stairs, and on-site parking for up to two vehicles is included. The home is located in a quiet Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood.

Joe’s Beach House is located in a quiet, residential Indian Rocks Beach neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. This home is best suited for guests seeking a relaxed, peaceful beach stay.

We kindly ask guests to be mindful of outdoor noise, especially in the evenings, and to treat the home with care throughout their stay.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside with the house doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
