While this beautiful property is technically a large single-family home, it has been internally divided into two completely independent, private residences (similar to a luxury duplex).
We believe in full transparency: Although this is not a `stand-alone` house, it is not a shared space. You are renting the Main Residence, which is the largest and most amenity-rich portion of the property. We (the owners) live in the separate Master Studio on the other side of the home.
Your Total Privacy is Guaranteed
We have designed this split to ensure our guests feel completely alone and undisturbed:
• Independent Entrance: You have your own private entry.
• Assigned Parking: Dedicated parking spaces just for you.
• No Shared Interior Spaces: There are no shared hallways, kitchens, or bathrooms. Once you are inside, the space is 100% yours.
• Sound Privacy: The division is permanent and secure, ensuring a quiet, professional environment.
What is Included in Your Unit:
This unit is the `heart of the home` and includes all the primary living areas:
• Living & Dining: Two spacious living rooms and two formal dining areas—perfect for families or remote work.
• Full Kitchen: A chef’s kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and cookware.
• Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.
• Outdoor Oasis: You have exclusive access to the screened-in patio and the swimming pool. (The owners do not use the pool while guests are present).
• Bedrooms: Two beautifully appointed, private bedrooms.
• Bathroom: One full bathroom with a tub.
Note: The garage is not included in the rental.

Located in a quiet, prestigious Wesley Chapel community, this home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Because we live on-site in the attached studio, we are available if you need anything, but our policy is to give our guests total space and privacy. You likely won`t even see us during your stay!
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire main portion of the home. This includes:
Private Entry: Your own dedicated entrance with a secure keypad.
Interior Space: Two living rooms, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom.
Outdoor Amenities: Full, private access to the screened-in patio, heated swimming pool, BBQ grill, and fire pit area.
Parking: Two assigned parking spaces directly in front of your entrance.
Please note: The garage and the master studio (located on the opposite side of the home) are not accessible to guests. The pool and patio areas are reserved strictly for guest use during your stay to ensure your total privacy.
We value your privacy above all else. Although we live in a separate, completely independent studio on-site, we have designed the property so that our paths never cross.
Check-in: You will have a private, keyed entrance for a seamless self-check-in process.
Privacy: We do not use the pool, patio, or any of the guest amenities while the unit is occupied. The space is yours to enjoy undisturbed.
Support: We are local experts and are available via the Airbnb app if you have questions or need recommendations. Otherwise, we will leave you to enjoy your peaceful stay!
