Lotte - the house "Am Lottenbach": The beauty with the enchanting winter garden

In 1997 we created one of the first holiday flats in Weimar and in the following years we made it more and more comfortable and beautiful. Today "Lotte" offers 6 beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on 110 m².
There is also a spacious living room and an enchanting conservatory with views of the greenery on three sides. All in all, a flat in which 2 people won't feel lost and 6 won't feel cramped.

Eine große Wohnung zum Verlieben, mit Antiquitäten, Literatur und Sorgfalt eingerichtet. Küche u. Bäder sind großzügig ausgestattet. Wer Spaß an Vintage u. interessanter Einrichtung hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Vielen Dank für ein paar schöne Tage in Weimar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Bei Nichterreichen erfolgte sehr schnell ein Rückruf. Wohnung war genau nach unseren Wünschen (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine separates WC) Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ferienwohnung Lotte in Weimar

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung wirklich so hübsch und bunt wie hier auf den Bildern dargestellt mit einem großen lichtdurchfluteten Wintergarten zum Genießen - perfekt zum Frühstücken oder auch Lesen. Wer die Küche zum Kochen nutzen möchte, findet übrigens Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, darunter auch einen Biomarkt, nur einen Sprung weit entfernt. Insgesamt sehr, sehr schön. Gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung für ein Treffen mit Freundinnen

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung an einem Wochenende zu dritt besucht. Jeder hatte damit ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet. Mehrere Bäder /Toiletten haben den Aufenthalt bequem gemacht. Für lange und gemütliche Stunden gab es zudem noch ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofas und einen wunderbaren Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Garten.

Toller Kontakt und sehr hilfsbereit

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben spontan ein 3 jähriges Kind mitgebracht und die Vermieter haben sofort dafür gesorgt, dass es gut mit in der Wohnung unter kam. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Lese- und Spielbereich im Keller. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt mit all ihren tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Liebe Familie Maurer, unsere vierköpfige Reisegruppe (alle knapp um die 60) sind ganz begeistert von der schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut hat uns der zum Garten gelegene Wintergarten gefallen. Dort haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

In Weimar kann man alles Sehenswerte zu Fuß erreichen und es gibt so viel zu sehen:). Die Wohnung liegt im Westen von Weimar. Keine 200m entfernt mehrere Einkaufsmärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke und Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung selbst ist komplett ausgestattet, Wanne und Dusche sind getrennt. Der Blick aus dem Wintergarten geht ins Grüne. Super nette Vermieter:). Einziges Manko: wer zum Schlafen richtige Dunkelheit braucht sollte eine Schlafmaske mitbringen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
