Despite the apartment’s size, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a kitchen, a double bed, seating, and a TV. The bathroom also has everything you need—a shower, sink, and toilet.
Outside, all guests will find a large outdoor seating area that everyone is welcome to use. This is a great place to socialise. The large lawn completes the harmonious picture of the entire holiday home complex. In the basement, you’ll find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. If there are multiple guests, please coordinate usage.
Each holiday rental comes with a parking space.

Key pickup:
The apartment will be available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 PM. Please return the key to the key safe by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Key handover takes place after full payment of the trip and any additional services booked.
We charge a one-time security deposit of 100 euros, which must be included in the transfer when paying the tourist tax. After the keys have been properly returned, the deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
