Leider nicht ganz so schön, wie gedacht

Bei Ankunft fehlten Seife im Bad, Küchentücher, Spülmittel- auch gab es keinen Müllbeutel, immerhin hing eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier.... Außerdem gab es keinen Fön, so dass wir mit nassen Haaren draussen waren. Im Kühlschrank stand noch ein angebrochener Tetrapack Orangensaft. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers funktionierte nicht. Wir meldeten die fehlenden Dinge und man wollte sich kümmern, es passierte jedoch nichts. Die Baustelle nebenan und der Lärm wurden erst nach Buchung bekanntgegeben. Bei Rücktritt hätte man laut AGB alles zahlen müssen. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt dafür nicht wirklich günstig. Positiv: Die Buchung und Zahlung usw. liefen problemlos. Am Telefon waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber. Zwar viel Krams in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer (etwas unübersichtlich) aber alles Geschirr da, was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Insgesamt ein guter Standort auch z.B für Spaziergänge und Fahrradausflüge. Auch eine schöne Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern, wenn sie schon Treppe laufen können. Unsere Kinder (8J und 11J) fanden es schön in ihrem "Maisonette" Bereich.

Schöne große Wohnung (als 4 köpfige Familie ideal). Bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit (zu Fuß 2 min).

Obwohl positiv bewertet, kein stimmiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, durch viele Gebühren z.B. Servicegebühr, Hygienegebühr, Endreinigung Preis für 1 Woche zu hoch

Eine tolle Wohnung; die einzigen Dinge, die die Wohnung noch verbessern könnten, wären ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad und ein Balkonstuhl mit verstellbarer Rückenlehne/Sonnenliege, denn der Balkon ist zwar eng, aber super um die Mittagssonne zu genießen-nur gerne in bequemerer Lage&nicht aufrecht ;)
