3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, terrace and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished and covered terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom with shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide). The second separate sleeping area has a pull-out bed (1.80 wide when pulled out) so that it can be used as a double bed.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 LED TV with cable connection invite you to long film evenings. W-Lan access and a stereo system with USB connection are also part of the entertainment.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ausstattung ausreichend und gut vorhanden. Sauber und freundlich ausgestattet. Durch die Treppenstufen in‘s 1.OG zum Schlafzimmer und auf die Terrasse für gehbehinderte Urlauber etwas beschwerlich. Ansonsten alles top.

Es hätte besser sein können

Es fing damit an, dass die Sauberkeit ein wenig zu wünschen übrig lies, denn wir hatten das Haus mit 2 Freundinnen gemietet und benötigten beide Schlafzimmer, es war aber nur das Doppelbett bezogen. Sollte man bei den Buchungen vielleicht abfragen. Wir bekamen dann noch ein Bettlaken geliefert und haben dann in dem kleinen Zimmer das Bett selbst bezogen. Da lag Kinderspielzeug unter dem Bett und Taschentücher.....da hatte die Putzfrau länger nicht sauber gemacht. Die Matratzen in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer waren wirklich übel, bei der dickere Matratze spürte man die Federkerne, die andere Matratze war sehr dünn und wohl eher für Kleinkinder gedacht. Die Kopfkissen sind einzige Klumpen und die Decken die billigsten Ikea Decken und mit 2 Decken war es einigermaßen warm. Im großen Schlafzimmer sieht es aus, als wäre schwarzer Schimmel in den Fensterecken, nicht sehr angenehm. Die Plissee Jalousie in der Küche ist kaputt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Dann wäre es schön, wenn auch ein Foto der Treppe in die Präsentation der Wohnung eingefügt würde, damit man sieht, dass die Treppe relativ steil ist und für ältere Menschen nicht ganz so leicht zu bewältigen ist. Bad, Küche und Wohnbereich waren okay. Alles in allem finde ich den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.
