Swim in the sea, play on the beach and relax in the family garden.

Here you can expect a top-class vacation home (completely renovated in 2018), equipped for 4 people plus a small child. The house, furnished with great attention to detail, is located in a quiet area (non-smoking house) and is approx. 65 square meters in the holiday area of Niendorf / Baltic Sea, approx. 500 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and meets the highest demands.
It is a place to relax.

The house is ideal for families with children and has a cozy living room with comfortable dining area, cable / TV, large TV / flat screen and free internet access via WLAN. A furnished terrace, a grill and a large garden complete this wonderful vacation home on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful, very large south-facing terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with a parasol. Enjoy the sun until late in the evening.

The kitchen is well equipped and has the most modern appliances. a. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

This modern vacation home has two separate bedrooms. Bedroom I has a double bed (individual mattresses) and a large closet with lots of storage space. Bedroom II is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a shower room / toilet which is modernly equipped. A hair dryer is available.

Look forward to a FAVORITE PLACE where you can relax in the green and at the same time stroll along the white sandy beach or along the glittering promenade of Niendorf.

Particularities:
In this wonderful holiday home there are 2 outdoor parking spaces on the property. You can safely park your bikes brought here.

Alles Bestens!

Schöner Familien-Herbst-Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Häuschen. Gemütliche Einrichtung, für vier Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Super Organisation und Betreuung im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts. Kurze Wege zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen.

Urlaub in Niendorf

Der Aufenthalt in Niendorf war allgemein gut , nur die Straßen sind ein Ärgernis ,nicht nur die Hauptstraßen haben tiefe Löcher, auch der schmale unbefestigte Zufahrtsweg zum Haus ist eine ewige Baustelle( sagen die Anwohner auch) wo man über ca. 200 teilweise tiefe Schlaglöcher fahren muß bis man am Haus ankommt. Die Kurtaxe und die überall sehr hohen Parkgebühren fließen anscheinend in andere Projekte.Die Lage dort ist sehr ruhig ,es gibt auch kein Baulärm weil ja nichts gemacht wird?!...Das Haus ist super! die noch einzige Verbesserung wäre eine bequemere Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Fernseher für große und schwere Leute, es regnet ja öfters und da wäre das noch eine Option, ansonsten ist alles super dort!........ Die allgemeinen Preise in Niendorf sind genauso hoch wie in unserer Stadt.Parken kostet z.B. bei uns nichts, das ist in der Kurtaxe enthalten!Die Qualität der Speisen ist wechselhaft, man muß schon suchen um was Gutes zu finden , was nicht teuer verkauft aus der billigen Fertigküche kommt. ..aber Fischbrötchen und Backfisch, Bier im Hafen sind schon absolut topp in Bude 6/8, Kaffee und Kuchen im Hafennähe-Cafe ist mittelmäßig ok..............und Schnitzel ist auch sehr gut beim Johannsen , das wars aber dann schon..........aktuell, habe aber nicht alles getestet !

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir die Terrasse und den Garten. Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank :)
