Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Schlafsofa ist etwas hart,könnte weicher sein.Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist strandnah und ruhig Leider konnten wir den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nicht nutzen, da unser Auto über 1,50m hoch ist, wichtig zu beachten!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber .Es hat an nichts gefehlt .Die lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral man ist schnell zu fuß in Nienhagen und am Meer.Kann man nur Weiterempfehlen, wir kommen wieder .

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir durften eine Woche in der neuen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die ebenerdige Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse, hier konnten am Morgen die Sonnenstrahlen am Frühstück genossen werden.Mit dem TV sind wir leider nicht zurecht gekommen, dieser verfügte einen Amazon Fire tv Stick. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Antennenkabel vorbei gebracht, wir konnten keine normalen Programme empfangen.Das Auto darf 1,50m Höhe nicht überschreiten, sonst kann der dazugehörige Parkplatz in der TG nicht benutzt werden und ein Parkplatz in Niendorf muss gesucht werden.Alls in allem durften wir eine schöne Woche in Niendorf verbringen.

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind gut. Fehlt fast an nichts. Nur der abgebildete Kaffeevollautomat ist in Wirklichkeit eine normale Kaffeemaschine, unsere mitgebrachten Kaffeebohnen müssten wir wieder zurücknehmen.Parksituation ist in der Gegend eine Katastrophe, aber es ist überall so. Die Wohnung hat zwar einen Tiefgaragenplatz, ABER mit Autolift, also die 3m Höhe der Garage wird auf 2 Autos aufgeteilt, dementsprechend nur für Autos unter 1,5m Höhe! p.s. bitte bestellt nichts bei Feuerstein, ist ein Drecksladen, unsere Bewertung ist bei "Maps".

toll renovierte Wohnung in 1A Lage zum Strand

War super! Kleines feines schickes Bad, interessanter Weise ohne eigene Heizung, schöne Küche mit High-Techgeräten von Neff, incl. kleiner Spülmaschine, super Kochmessern, viel Stauraum, Terrasse mit Sonne zum Frühstück, eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, Handtuchservice zubuchbar und Verbrauchsartikel aus dem Hygienebereich ausreichend vorhanden! Großes Boxspringbett mit fester Matratze und warmen Decken, Rolladen und Insektenschutz vorhanden, Wohnung für sehr große Menschen gut geeignet, für normalwüchsige wie mich gab es einen Tritthocker. Sympathische Geschirr- und Dekoauswahl. Für Audiounterhaltung stand eine Bluetoothbox bereit und ein paar Würfel- und Kartenspiele waren vorhanden. Besonders wertvoll war für mich die Fahrradwanderkarte. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Ruhige Lage in einer großen Wohnanlage, Weg zum Naturstrand ca. 200m. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Verwalterin.Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch um den ein oder anderen Gegenstand erweitert werden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hätte ich Messbecher/Waage, Handrührgerät, Pürierstab, Zitruspresse, Teekanne und -sieb vermisst. Salz- und Pfefferstreuer habe ich ebenfalls nicht finden können. Für die Gartenmöbel wären Auflagen toll und für den Sommer leichtere Bettdecken.
