The bathroom boasts a shower and a toilet. All rooms have heating. Internet access is not available.
The communally accessible roof terrace offers stunning panoramic views over the dunes, the beach walk and the ocean. The house has a storage room for bicycles. Car parking spaces are available at and behind the house free of charge. The owner also supplies two beach chairs, a sun shade and toys for the kids free of charge. You are welcome to bring two pets, but please note that the property is not fenced in.
From the house's entrance, you have direct access to the ocean. After only 100 meters, you reach a 35 km long beach that reaches all the way to St. Pola. Across from the house is a small garden with palm trees, tennis courts and a pool, accessible at a small fee. Torrevieja is a small but vibrant town with shopping facilities and restaurants is only a five minute drive from the property. You can also visit the big malls Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard. A bus, which runs frequently, connects La Mata to Torrevieja and Cabo Cervera. We highly recommend a visit to both with their numerous beach bars and restaurants and beautiful dunes and sandy beaches.
