The renovated 2014 apartment is located right by the sea, at the beginning of the longest and most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. Directly at the house ideal for fishing and diving, swim in the rock pools.

Great location, great apartment.

Spent 14 nights at the apartment, it was a great experience from start to finish. We was greeted, and had a full walk through of the accommodation, a brief chat about the area. We was left with alot of little bits to get our holiday started. Beer, wine and fruit, plus a few other bits. The best way to describe the accommodation is 'homely'. You can tell that it's someone holiday home and not primary a holiday let, it's well looked after and decorated. The are is great to, La Mata beach is about 100m away and is a few miles long, it's well looked after and raked in places. It's a smaller holiday resort than the 'bigger' well known resorts that are local, and that suited us. It's a nice place, not to busy of commercialised, but at the same time not to quiet. Younger people, it will be to quiet for, but for families it's perfect. If we are ever in the are, I'll definitely look this accommodation up first.
