About this property

To rest near the sea without complications

It is a terraced bungalow of two heights. Below, open terrace, covered porch, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
On the upper floor double room with double bed, bathroom with shower and another outdoor terrace.
It has 2 televisions (one of 26 inches in the living room and another of 20 in the room).
Air conditioning with heat pump and ceiling fan both on the upper floor.
There is stereo and multi-zone DVD player. The house has wifi / internet for fiber optic.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob and a small portable oven.
Also in the house there is iron, ironing board and hair dryer in addition to washing machine.
Regarding the area, the house is in a very quiet environment next to a protected pine forest (Guardamar Dunes) after which there is an extensive sandy beach where you can enjoy the tranquility throughout the year.
A few meters from the house there is soccer field, petanque, bar with pool (for a fee).
About 150 meters there are restaurants and an international campsite with supermarket open daily from 9 to 21. The campsite has a water park as well as a spa area and gym.

Nettes Häuschen in guter Lage

Das Haus ist nicht groß, hat aber Alles, was man für einen Urlaub am Meer braucht. Es liegt total ruhig und je nach Wind kann man das Meer hören. Der Weg zum Strand durch die Dünen ist sehr angenehm. Zu empfehlen ist auch ein Besuch der Wochenmärkte in der Umgebung.

Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Schöne Lage, nah am Meer. Lediglich, dass das Schwimmbad teuer ist, sollte erwähnt werden.

La casa esta bien equipada y con de todo dentro, el dueño muy amable y fácil de comunicar con él, nos ayudó con nuestra pregunta. Se encuentra cerca de la playa al lado de la zona reservada donde se necesita caminar como media hora.

Todo muy bien

Nos ha encantado much, el dueño muy amiable y nos ayudo en todo. El lugar bien equipado y con todo el necesario. Se puede andar a la playa en 30 min. Tiene una terraza y jardín y el frescos del mar.
