There is a parking space right in front of the house, a terrace downstairs with a barbecue, and another sunbathing area upstairs with two sun loungers. There is a supermarket across the street, as well as restaurants and bars. The area is very quiet with a shared pool. The living room opens onto the kitchen, which is fully equipped, with a hallway separating the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower. There is Wi-Fi and also a satellite dish with English, Spanish, and French channels.
