Two bedroom townhouse, located in a quiet urbanisation at the top of the hill in the Gran Alacant area.

This well presented 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom house features tv, wifi, aircon.

On entering the front door you are in an open plan lounge/dining area. To the rear of the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen, to the left is access to a ground floor bedroom with bunkbeds, there is also a family bathroom. To the rear of the kitchen there is a galleria area where you will find the washing machine, storage area and stairs to first floor.

On the first floor there is one double room with double bed, and patio door which leads onto a small balcony, and there is a family shower room.

There is a communal area where you will find a swimming pool, children's pool, childs play park area and sport courts for tennis, volley ball, basket ball etc.

Lovely property, comfortable and great location. Having only one fob for all of us was inconvenient, however, as it was needed for entry to and exit from the urbanisation, as well as to and from the pool. With a teenage son with us, he wanted some independence but with only one fob, our days required more organisation and arrangements with regard to who needed to go where and when. Also, if I wanted to go to the supermarket in the car, it means the whole family had to come or stay in the house as they wouldn’t have access to the pool.

Das Objekt befand sich in einer familiären Wohngegend, es war freundlich und ruhig.Die Sauberkeit naja. Das Spannbettlaken meines Doppelbetts hatte Menstrutionsflecken die ebenfalls auf dem Matratzenschoner sehr deutlich zu sehen waren. Weitere Blutflecken waren auf der Bettwäsche meiner Tochter. Das Haus hat sehr gammlig gerochen als wir ankamen, so dass wir erstmal die Wasserabläufe durchspülen mussten. Meine WC-Spülung lief 2 Nächte durch, beruhigte sich dann aber wieder.Die Handtücher hatten Flecken.Nachdem ich dies gemeldet hatte, hieß es nur: " Ja ich weiß aber gewaschen waren sie trotzdem. Ich glaub ich werde mal neue besorgen" also gut für die nächsten Gäste ;)Abgesehen davon lagen überall stark verschweiste Sommerhüte rum, die ich tatsächlich eklig fand.Im 2 Bettzimner der Kinder gab es zwar einen Schrank der aber voll mit den Klamotten des Vermieters war, so dass sie nichts verräumen konnten. In diesem Zimmer gab es zwar auch ein Fenster aber dies führte in den Treppenaufgang des Hauses wodurch die Kinder nicht lüften konnten und es sehr stickig war. Um gut schlafen zu können liesen sie also die Tür, welche in das Wohnzimmer mit anliegender Küche führte, offen.Zum Pool mussten wir einige Minuten laufen, dieser war für alle Bewohner der Anlage gedacht. Er war sauber und echt schön aber nicht gleich ums Eck.Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Regarding your review. You did not tell me about any stains on the bed linen until the day before you vacated the property. You had put the linen in the wash before vacating the house so I could not see what the problem was until the washing cycle completed. Those stains on the linen did not come out and I had to treat the sheets and protector with a stain remover, wash again and still it did not all come out. Had you taken pics of the stains on the linen when you arrived then it would have been addressed immediately. Linen and towels do get stained with sun screen etc but any blood stains then that is not acceptable as far as we are concerned. When I arrived to check you out you all said that you had a lovely time at the property so to read this review is a bit of a shock to me as this is a lovely property, well furnished, air conditioning, new kitchen, toldos on the terraces and lots of outside furniture for you to enjoy. thank you for your comments and I will pass on to the owner about his clothes and hats in the house for him to resolve.

Avec ma compagne, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était conforme aux attentes.

Tout était super, seul bémol, le problème du stationnement avec un voisin qui se croyait tout permis et manifestement n'aimait pas les français. Heureusement l'autre voisin était très sympathique. Concernant l'appartement, il était au top, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel et spacieux. C

Nous sommes arrivés dans un endroit magnifique! le paysage nous a enchanté, en hauteur ou des parapente se donnent rdv pour planer... proche d'une magnifique plage. Nous avons été accueillit par une haute très chaleureuse et bienveillante. La maison était à notre goût tout équipé avec climatisation. Tout y est pour se sentir chez soit. La piscine a été un de nos coup de coeur avec une décoration tropicale. A refaire !

Schön Anlage

Die Anlage war super. Das Hais ist toll und gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Haus wegen vorheriger Bauarbeiten etwas dreckig. Der Schlüssel zur Poolanlage funktionierte ebenfalls 3 Tage nicht. Das war etwas ärgerlich. Die Betreuerin vor Ort war aber sehr engagiert und hat das Problem mit dem Eigentümer geklärt. Insgesamt ist es aber sehr schön.
