About this property

Perfect beach location in Santa Pola Centro

3 beds, on the beach and in the historic town with all its shops, bars and amenities. No car necessary. Lift access or stairs. Great for restaurants, water sports, port and marina.

Welcome to our beachfront apartment. Clean, comfortable and recently refurbished. Just 20m from the beautiful beach, Playa Levante, and 500m from the castle, the town square, shops, bars and restaurants. Close to the historic working port for boats to Tabarca. Close to the upmarket new marina area for modern eateries, watersports etc. Typically Spanish town and a real gem. No need for car hire but underground public parking close by at the castle/town square. Access to our apartment via a lift or stairs. Ceiling fans to stay cool in Summer, electric heaters for Winter.

This is our own holiday home so we hope guests will respect it and enjoy it as much as we do. Wifi available.

We had a lovely time, there were a couple of snags which were dealt with very quickly and Patricia was on call when we needed her.

Great Apartment

The apartment was quite spacious for two of us was clean and well equipped. Shower was a bit small and hot water pressure wasn’t brilliant but worked would have been easier with a shelf for shampoo and gel but we coped. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. Nice and close to everything, restaurants fish market beach on doorstep. Had a very nice relaxing holiday thanks.

Kitchen lacked a bread knife but otherwise well stocked.Bedside lights both sides would have been nice.Overall a little more attention to detail would make the accommodation more comfortable such as washing up liquid, toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs - things that air travellers are not going to carry with them.

Bardzo blisko do plaży, winda i pralka bardzo dużym udogodnieniem. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, kuchnia z całym wyposażeniem. Brak klimatyzacji, ale w każdym pokoju wiatrak sufitowy. Plaże czyste i bardzo zadbane, bliskość do świetnych restauracji. Wieczorne spacery bardzo bezpieczne. Polecam!

Viva Espana !

Très bonne semaine dans un appartement proche de tout, commerces, bars.. et de la plage. ;) Accueil pro et dispo, très sympa de Patricia. Alicante possible en bus. Appartement propre et confort avec tout pour cuisiner. Bémol : travaux de ravalement pendant notre séjour et canapé lit peu confortable. N'hésitez pas. :)

Thank you for your comment. There are some books, DVDs and games on the living room shelves which have been left by other guests but otherwise the apartment is as shown in the photographs. We store winter heaters in the wardrobe so I am sorry if these were an inconvenience but there is still plenty of room to hang clothes. Under the bed we keep boxes of blankets, also for guests who visit in winter. I hope that otherwise you enjoyed your holiday in Santa Pola.

We are a British family who have been spending time in our apartment since we first bought it in 2003. It's been a brilliant place to bring our children for family holidays and they love Santa Pola as much as we do. We would all come more often if only work and school didn't keep getting in the way!

Why they chose this property

We wanted somewhere on the beach and in historic Santa Pola Centro which is (in our opinion) the best and most charmingly vibrant area of Santa Pola.

What makes this property unique

It's right on the beach but near all the best bits of Santa Pola too. The location is ideal.
