Perfect for a family holiday in Spain! Cute 2 bed, 2 bath south facing town house in Gran Alacant available for holiday rental. The house sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the master and twins in the 2nd bedoom. The property is fully furnished and equipped and features the comforts of home including air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine,WIFI, Smart 4K TV in the living room with Netflix, and various satellite channels and an Xbox console. For the colder months there is a wall mounted log effect electric fire.
There is a small garden and porch as well as a large roof top solarium to enjoy the fine Spanish weather.
Located on a gated community with pool and gardens near the blue flag beach of Carabassi, the El Clot de Galvany natural park which is well renouned for bird watching and has recently constructed hydes, bars, restaurants, public transportation and much more.
The property is managed by Novadesta who are within walking distance of the property. We employ Novadesta to fully manage the property for your convenience. Should any problems arise, they are first point of contact. The cleaning charge includes a full covid-19 clean of the property and contents prior to arrival. Keys can be collected from Novadesta and the charges are €25 in office hours (9-5pm Monday-Friday) and €50 out of office hours. GUESTS WILL NEED TO CONTACT NOVADESTA TO ARRANGE KEY COLLECTION, CONTACT DETAILS BELOW. Linen/bath linen is charged @€10 per person.

Great property, walking distance to the beach, and large swimming pool round the corner, kept our kids busy (amd me!). Shops, bars and restaurants close by too, but still nice and quiet area. Good to have parking in front of the house. The roof top terrace was great for sundowners and barbecues! Hosts were very helpful and responsive, highly recommended.

Wie had a wonderful time. Especially the bed was so comfortable. We’ve got used to the many steps up to the rooftop terasse very quickly. Maybe for elder people with knee problems it is not so recomandable. But we knew it bevore booking. The citchen was well equipt , we even had a nice expresso from the little expresso machine in the morning. If you are a cat lover, this is the right place too.They come and visit every Day.Parking is no problem. We would come again with pleasure

La Maison de Nigel est très propre, belle décoration moderne, bien équipée. Merci pour la clim qui est indispensable.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Gran Alacant. Plage à 15 min à pied et supermarché également. Un conseil : penser a être véhiculé pour visiter les alentours.

En résumé : n hésitez pas allez y !!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Nigel. Plage de Carabassi proche et somptueuse. Tout est parfait, maison spacieuse, lits confortables, cuisine équipée, climatisation appréciable, toit terrasse, BBQ, 2 salles de bains…. Piscine communautaire à 30 secondes à pieds…. Tout est parfait.
Communication avec Nigel cordiale et sympathique ! Que du positif !
Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré est la mise à disposition d’un aspirateur pour les locataires mais c’est un détail….

OK but to far from beach nothing to do better staying in santa polo.
A bit of a mix up taxi driver couldn't find the property did eventually get it sorted by contacting the office renting the property there was everything you needed but would not go again because its not near anywhere.
The property is perfect and has everything you need. The area is fantastic too! Beautiful place
The owner nigel has provided us with two fantastic stays at his villa over the last few years. We love it! And will defo be back! Gran Alicant is so nice! Everything easy to get to and a really beautiful beach!

The actual property was fine everything there you could need.The only complaint was the noisy Spanish couple next door who kept us awake most nights till 2;30am. We would also have appreciated knowing about the mosquito problem in the area so we could have stocked up on repelent. The house itself was fully equipped and convenient for beaches bars etc. thank you for letting us stay in your house.

This really was home away from home, lovely!
We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa itself is lovely and well kitted out. We were there with our two kids who loved their room and the pool which was fun and we met some really lovely folks. The locality is perfect, we made the most of the local resataurants as well as the train and the brilliant beach. A really lovely holiday made all the easier by the set up. Many thanks!

A lovely spacious property, beautifully kept and extremely well-equipped. Five minutes stroll to lovely bars and restaurants, wonderful food and very reasonably priced. A nice walk to the beautiful beach. Pool area extremely quiet but we tended to use the beach more. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property or using it again.

Comodidad y disfrute
Fenomenal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia. La casa tiene muchos pequeños detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa: el menaje muy completo y de sobra para 4, ropa de cama y toallas para casa y para la piscina, televisión con canal internacional, todo limpio y en buen estado. Para ser perfecto solo le faltaría una batidora y un lavavajillas. La urbanización tranquila, con aparcamiento propio, y con piscina que incluye una pequeña para niños. A 5 minutos andado hay zona de bares y alguna tienda. A 5 minutos en coche hay zona comercial grande que incluye Mercadona y Lidl. Si vas con niños la playa está a 25-30 minutos andando, pero al llegar a la zona de dunas donde comienza el camino ya directo a la playa hay varios aparcamientos de arena donde siempre encuentras sitio . En coche son 3 minutos y luego 6 andando por las pasarelas. La playa es grande, limpia y de arena fina. Si vas con niños pequeños es fenomenal porque tarda en cubrir. La playa es muy larga y tiene distintos accesos que dan a zonas ligeramente distintas según lo que más te guste.
El propietario es muy agradable y eficaz, y cuenta en la zona con un enlace para cualquier problema. De hecho cuando llegamos el frigorífico no funcionaba y en cuanto avisamos al día siguiente lo cambiaron. En verano hace calor, pero tiene aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones, así como ventiladores de techo. No pudimos utilizarla mucho, pero en la azotea cuentan con una terraza- solarium donde en verano por la noche se puede cenar y ver las estrellas. Hemos estado muy a gusto y repetiríamos encantados.

A Fabulous stay at Casa Fiammetta
We have recently returned from our second stay at this lovely clean and airy property which we decided to rent again due to our initial wonderful experience. The house proximity is perfect and enabled us to continue to explore this great area. The property was well presented again, and really does have everything you could ask for. The wine and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch. The kitchen is really well equipped and we enjoyed breakfast on the bedroom balcony, and afternoon sun on the roof top solarium, we wandered down to Maloney’s bar in the evening for a wonderful pint of cold Guinness and enjoyed the restaurants, all within a 2 minute walk from the house. The pool area at the rear of the property is quite secluded, with secure resident only access, this property has turned into our home from home, and I would not hesitate to recommend it. My daughter has now booked, and I shall also be returning in august.
We had a truly wonderful break. Thank You for letting us rent your home.

Perfect family home
Nigel and Sarah's house has EVERYTHING your family needs for a relaxing holiday. It's a home from home and staying there was just so easy.
It's a 5 minute walk to the Carabassi bars, restaurants and shop. 15 minutes to the beautiful beach, where you can also catch the bus into Alicante.
The house has wifi, UK TV if you want it and even Netflix.
The kitchen has everything you need, plus plastic beakers and plates for the children, and a very handy washing machine too.
The beds are very comfortable, we all slept very well.
There are also two bathrooms and a lovely roof terrace with a table and chairs.
This is a home, not just a holiday let.

Casa Flammetta
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom property
The facilities were faultless, and met our every need; every requirement seemed to have been thought of from scissors to bottle opener. The property is also equipped with all modern conveniences UK HD TV (BBC, ITV among 300 others) The property was clean, tidy, and modern; it also has a large roof terrace and a large pool 2 minutes away at the rear of the property. The house is situated in a gated road so it felt extremely secure, it was also very quiet and traffic free. The weather was great for the time of year and the wonderful blue flag Caribassi beach was only a short 10minute walk away. There are local bars and restaurants within a short 5 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive away there are further cafes, restaurants, and a choice of supermarkets.
This property is in an ideal location to explore Santa Pola or Alicante and I would highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed this stay so much so we have re-booked

Our son Ben is 15 and at school at the Northampton School For Boys and is due to leave this summer for college to study construction we have a gorgeous 7 year old black Labrador called Bonnie {kennel name Fiammetta} of which we have named the house after !
Why they chose this property
we used to rent a similar house in the same area from friends and fell in love with the area ,we just love the beach and the overall quietness of the area, no loud music bars or discos ! and even in the height of summer you can go to any restaurant and not have to wait to get a table We find it ideal to escape the stresses and strains of modern life and just to relax in the quietness on the beautiful beach ! The house is in a gated private community so you don't get any traffic flow past the house and is safe for small children and pets and therefore gives a feeling of safety and security
