Welcome to our pet friendly cozy family home in South Eugene—perfect for family gatherings, small groups, or anyone who wants to feel truly at home while traveling. Located in the Friendly Neighborhood, you’re just a short walk to great local food and drinks and right next to a large park with a playground, disc golf, pickleball, and easy access to the Amazon bike path.
The home is thoughtfully set up for comfort, with updated appliances, an open-concept living area, and a backyard featuring a patio and BBQ—ideal for relaxing or spending time together.
The Space
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers plenty of room to spread out and gather. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and a spacious living area with two TVs. New split-duct air conditioning systems help keep things comfortable year-round.
