For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually be staying.



Guest Access:

We love Mexico and want you to fall in love with it too. We will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival to hand over the apartment and greet you as you deserve. We’ll be available throughout your stay to ensure everything is perfect from start to finish. ✨



Other Things to Note:

* Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Nor can the dates be changed.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer.



It is important to note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely for removing makeup or for products that may stain.



Security deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage or breach of the terms of your stay.



The process is secure and is done through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico and want you to fall in love with it too. Check-in and check-out are automatic, so we will share the instructions with you before your arrival.



You will also receive recommendations for places to visit during your stay in Mexico, and we will be available for any requests via the platform or text message.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests may need :). We are available online from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
