Wake up to open water, step out to your private dock, and spend your days on one of North Georgia’s most beautiful lakes — just 35 miles from Atlanta. Casey’s Cabin is one of the very few properties on Lake Allatoona that sits directly on the water’s edge — 200+ feet of shoreline, panoramic views from nearly every room, and water under the dock no matter what time of year you visit. The 3,500 sq ft home sleeps up to 9 guests across five bedrooms and is designed for families who want space, comfort, and a real lake experience. If you’re here for LakePoint Sports, you’re seven miles from the complex. If you’re here for the water, you’re already there.
— The Property —
Casey’s Cabin has been thoughtfully renovated over the years since 2008. The main level has an open-plan kitchen and living area facing the lake through double-pane glass from one end of the house to the other. Two sets of French doors open to a large deck overlooking the water — the spot where most mornings start. The kitchen features granite countertops throughout and full stainless appliances.
The cabin-style upper level provides a cozy, comfortable retreat for the adults, while the fully remodeled basement gives kids their own world of space to play when they’re not on the dock. A round-a-bout driveway and flat walkways make arrivals and departures easy for groups with gear.
— The Lake & Dock —
Lake Allatoona is an Army Corps of Engineers lake, which means water levels fluctuate seasonally — and in winter, many properties on the lake are left with a long muddy walk just to reach the water’s edge, or no accessible water at all. Casey’s Cabin is one of the few properties on the entire lake that sits close enough to the shoreline to maintain water access year-round. The dock does sit lower in the winter months and the walkway gets steeper, but there is always water. That’s rare on Allatoona, and it’s a big part of what makes this property worth visiting any time of year.
The 700 sq ft dock is lit, has a swim ladder, and can tie-off yours or a rented boat. The lake offers excellent bass & striper fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming. Sunset views from the dock face west across open water.
— LakePoint Sports Families —
Casey’s Cabin is the go-to home for families attending tournaments at LakePoint Sports Complex, just 7 miles away. LakePoint hosts events year-round across baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, and more. The 5-bedroom layout easily handles two families sharing, and the lake provides the perfect reset after a long tournament day. We have hosted many families from all over the country. Please note, the use of our property is strictly for you and your staying guests. No team parties or events. Book early! We sell out every year.

— A Note on having Guests —
Our family purchased this home in 2008. We have done extensive remodels to the entire home and property. It has become a legacy property and we enjoy sharing it with other families. We take care of this home and we ask that our guests do the same. We’ve hosted hundreds of families over more than a decade, and the overwhelming majority have treated Casey’s Cabin beautifully. We welcome families, multi-family groups attending tournaments, and anyone looking for a genuine lake experience. Maximum occupancy is 9 guests. We are not a party house — guests who respect the property and the neighbors are always welcome back.
Thank you, The Caseys
