The open-concept main area makes cooking, dining, and relaxing together effortless. The kitchen is well stocked and features a large island with seating for casual meals, plus a dining table for sit-down dinners. The living room is warm and inviting, with a cozy fireplace insert, a spacious sectional, and a large TV—ideal for movie nights or downtime.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom. A convertible sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate one adult or two children.
Step outside to the back deck and yard, possibly the most inviting area of the home. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio with comfortable outdoor seating and a propane BBQ for alfresco dining. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids to play or dogs to run freely, giving you peace of mind while enjoying the sunshine.

Guests will have access to the whole house and property plus private pickleball courts in the complex. Please note there is a locked office and a cupboard in the pantry that are off limits to guests. Also the garage is locked off as an owner`s storage area.

Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. Do not leave them unattended for long periods. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and keeping barking to a minimum.
No dogs on furniture or beds unless a blanket or designated area is provided. Any damage caused by dogs may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
No additional guests unless pre-approved and unit capacity shall not exceed 6 people
Leave the home tidy: Please wash dishes, place used towels in the bathtub, and dispose of trash in the bins provided before checking out.
No parties or events: Our house is for quiet enjoyment only. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are not permitted.
