Great location
This unit was exactly as advertised. The bed was comfortable and the heated pool and hot tub were a bonus after walking around in the rain all day. Located very close to a ton of shops and restaurants.

the property is close to pretty much everything, but we were on the ground floor and the traffic noise from the highway was loud , it is just a clean budget 1bdr. condo with a kitchen , but it is in a good location for getting around
Image in the advert was misleading. Our view was only if the trees outside and not the image of the mountains

you get what you pay for
Clean and cheap. It was nice to have the full kitchen. The kids really liked the pool. The location of the hotel is ideal in the village, near to everything.
There is no room services, which can be disappointing after a week in a hotel room with a family : I dont travel with a broom and vacuum cleaner. The room is poorly lit and was cold at night. Sofa-bed are really uncomfortable.
It does the job...

Very large room and great amenities
Kitchen is fully equipped and rooms is very comfortable. Swimming pool and hot tube are also great. Underground paid parking is also very convenient.
Only issue I had was related to my credit card. I was charged twice and have not received the refund for the incorrect charge. They (front desk) said it could take up to 5 days... which is lot of time IMO. And I will have to call back if the refund does not occur. š¢

Great but minor issues.
Our stay was great. It was quiet, the pool was awesome, the room was big and the location was pretty central to all amenities. We only had 2 small gripes. First, there were small pieces of broken glass on the carpet and both my wife and 7-year-old cut their feet on different pieces. Second, the lighting in the primary bedroom was lacking. There were only two bedside lamps with dim cfl bulbs installed and neither was connected to a light switch. The light switch in the turned on nothing.
Great location and close to ski hills. Pool and hot tub is definitely a great options.
Very disappointed about hiding the cost of parking. On the posting it should say that parking is not included and fees apply at 30$ per night. To my view itās a hidden cost/taxe. No space in the kitchen. Can barely open the oven door. And would have been nice for the front desk to explain how things works. Example: where does garbage goes, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, oven mitt. We had to buy some of those items not knowing it was supposed to be included in the price. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience at Cascade Lodge
I stayed at Cascade Lodge for 2 nights with a group and it was a not a good experience. To start, the booking process was long and confusing. After booking I was supposed to get a confirmation email I was supposed to accept and a rental agreement to confirm the room. However they didn't send me it after booking so I had to be on call with Cascade on 3 different occasions that were an hour and a half long each due to waiting on hold wasting so much of my time and day on something that should have been simple. Then when there, the rooms toilet would stop working for 20-30 minutes of the day for the 3 days we were there, which is very unfortunate when in a group. To top it all when I complained to the front desk respectably they did nothing at all to accommodate for the issues that had happened. Definitely will not be coming back here or recommending to anyone else.
This property is on the fringe of the village so a short walk to most thingsā¦and a great deal. We were really impressed by the sun drenched crystal clear pool.

Whistler In May
Very reasonably priced condo with a great location within walking distance to Whistler Village. Rented a one bedroom unit on the main floor which faced into the forest. Living area was quite large with two sofas and a small dining table. Pool area was clean in a nice private setting. Two outdoor hot tubs and a small exercise room are plenty to keep most guests happy. Secure underground parking which was only $20 per day was an added bonus. Room was clean and well stocked. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

The size of the unit was great as was the location in the village. Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, the HVAC unit was quite loud when the heat kicked on and all fan vents ought to be cleaned thoroughly

A real living space
Plenty of room and enough kitchen gadgets to make meals. Some of them needed replacing, like the peeler. The bedding wash fresh and clean but for the hidabeds there were only sheets and a thin blanket. No duvets or quilts. The concierge brought extra 2 blankets to make the hide-a-bed cozy. Parking was only one per suite but we parked 2 cars anyways because neither muself or my parents received a special āpassā for the pay parking. It was $21/day which was ok and we didnāt get towed. The parking wasnāt too full as people were leaving after the weekend , so I didnāt feel guilty. Pool was heated and there were 2 hot tubs and 2 saunas. I liked that there was a check in for ski/snowboard equipment and it was mandatory. We were close enough to the village without all of the noise. Walking distance to market and main village. I paid 950$ all in for 3 nights Sunday to Wednesday during spring break. The place was clean and on the main floor, room 119

Spacious apartment
We loved staying at this spacious one bedroom apartment in Whistler Village North. The apartment was on the dark side because the trees dwarfed the sunlight. Different lighting would solve that. We were quite comfortable and would definitely stay here again.
