I am particular about clean kitchens and bathrooms--all the rooms were clean! The location was perfect (5 minutes from the airport). The grandkids loved the pool access! It would have been nice to have chairs in the bedroom so we did not have to sit on the beds, and to have a comfortable sofa on the 2nd floor. Also, the neighborhood left safe for walking.Overall the property was very nice and comfortable.

Stayed here for a track event in Huntsville. There were 8 of us that stayed here, two families of 4 and with three bedrooms and three bathrooms it was perfect for us. It was plenty spacious and we never felt cramped. We never ran out of hot water and the a/c unit worked good. The drive to Huntsville was about 20 to 25 minutes. The community the house was in felt very safe and the house was next door to the community center. The community center has a nice pool and gym which is a nice bonus. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly. The bad was several things in the house were broken, just a couch and a chair in the living room, so we had to use dining room chairs and bar stools for extra seating. I wouldn’t say the kitchen is well stocked, but was stocked with everything we needed, and in the upstairs bedroom the remote to the tv and ceiling fan were missing. Not having a remote to the tv was not a big deal to us for our stay but not being able to adjust the ceiling fan was. Most of the bad I mentioned were minor to us and would not stop me from booking this house again, we hope to be back next year for the track meet again and I will definitely check to see if this home is available.

Overall it was great value for the cost. Plenty of space for our family of five. The garage door was dented in when we arrived so the garage was unusable throughout our stay. There were ants, cob webs and gnats throughout the house. The owner said it had rained a lot and sent pest control which seemed to help with ants. The community pool and gym were beautiful. There weren't any pool towels available in the home though. The water pressure is extremely low in the shower.
