Relax in the soothing living room, work from home in an open office area with desk and high-speed wireless, and use the unfurnished second floor for workouts or meditation.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood of North Tacoma on the border of Ruston is one of the safest areas in the city. It has a residential feel with people out walking dogs and riding bikes and kids playing in any weather. Ruston has a cute downtown to visit on your way to Point Defiance and Owen Beach (a 3-minute drive), and you can walk down Baltimore hill to Point Ruston's shops, restaurants, and farmer's market while taking in a panoramic view of the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. When you want a more urban vibe, downtown is only 15 minutes away.
