This light-filled three-room holiday apartment spans approximately 90 m² and can accommodate up to four people on the 1st floor. Private parking is available right at the property.

Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (2 x 2 m), including blackout pleated blinds and flat-screen TVs. The apartment features a shower room with a rain showerhead and an additional bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Both bathrooms feature illuminated wall and vanity mirrors, as well as wall-mounted radios with Bluetooth connectivity. The living room is notably bright, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy your time. A dining area and a cosy sofa area with a wood-burning stove complete the living space.

The spacious terrace is furnished not only with patio furniture but also features a gas grill (we provide the gas tanks).

You can safely leave your car behind, as everything is just a stone’s throw away: The bakery (260 m), a supermarket (320 m), the shopping street (420 m), and the promenade (100 m), the spa park (380 m), or even the “Grömitzer Welle” swimming pool (460 m). The beautiful Grömitz beach is just 100 metres away.

You can store the bicycles you bring with you in the shared, lockable bike shed in front of the house.
