You can reach the apartment either by lift or via the stairs.<br><br>This modern 3-room apartment is located one block back from the promenade, just a few steps from the beach. In addition to a balcony where you can enjoy the sun, the apartment also offers a partial ocean view. Spend wonderful hours breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.<br><br>The 77 m² of living space is divided into a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed.
