Sehr gute Lage, sehr guter Service, aber "Mini-Bad"...

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, auch der Service ist tipptopp. Die Beschreibung des Appartementes ist bis auf die Bäder zutreffend. Das "Mini-Bad" im EG bedarf bei geplanter Nutzung eingehender vorherige Planung sowie akrobatischer Geschicklickeit. Auf einer Grundfläche von ca. einem Quadratmeder sind WC, Waschbecken und Dusche so trickreich angeordnet, dass man die tatsächliche Nutzbarkeit als nahezu unmöglich bezeichnen könnte - nahezu. Die Dusche im Bad im Tiefparterre ist über eine geflieste Stufe zu erreichen - mit nassen Füßen eine Herausforderung.

Die Lage ist doch nicht alles

Küche und Wohnzimmer okay, Kinderzimmer auch. Gäste-WC im EG extrem klein und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Souterrain in Wirklichkeit ein Keller mit lieblos eingerichtetem Schlafzimmer. Bett sauber und okay. Keller-Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen, in der Dusche muss man sich zum Haarewaschen bücken. Ausrutschgefahr, da hohe Stufe vor der extrem engen Dusche. Für Ältere sehr gefährlich! Das Strandgras vor der Terasse ist nicht mehr da, man sitzt vor einem Schottergärtchen vor den parkenden Autos auf dem Präsentierteller. Vorsicht: WLan funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht, worüber wir im Vorwege nicht informiert wurden. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und sind vorzeitig abgereist.
