The stunning luxury suite 2.07 is located on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and can accommodate 4 guests in 92 m² of space, featuring two separate bedrooms.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area, as well as a cosy living area with an armchair and a sofa. Both separate bedrooms each feature a double box-spring bed and their own TV. One of the bedrooms opens onto the balcony. There is also a separate, modern bathroom with a shower. A grab bar is provided in the shower.

Highlights of the suite include a private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and a furnished balcony facing southeast, perfect for relaxing in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space. This apartment is barrier-free in accordance with LBO regulations.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the penthouse level. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.
