Welcome to gîte 'La Rivière', a superb 18th-century character property, renovated in 2014, located on the edge of the Lotois listed village of Calvignac. The gîte is ideally placed for exploring the many well-known sites such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie (elected France's favorite village in 2012), the historic town of Cahors, the Pech Merle caves, Figeac, Villefranche de Rouergue... 1 hectare of wooded parkland with century-old trees, heated swimming pool, the environment is full of charm and the family home with its French ceilings is tastefully decorated, while retaining the authenticity of the place. 400 m2 of living space, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, large living rooms, magnificent kitchen. 400 m² gîte on a 10,000 m² wooded property. First floor: entrance hall, separate toilet, living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry room, Rocamadour bedroom (1 x 180cm bed divisible into 2 x 90cm beds, disabled access) and Padirac bedroom (1 x 180cm bed divisible into 2 x 90cm beds), each with en-suite shower room.
