Patio doors brings you to small deck with steps
leading to large deck and beach.

Kitchen
New kitchen with Quart counter tops. Pantry. Custom shelving and draws for dinner ware and utensils. Glass cabinets for wine and glasses. Under and inside cabinet lighting. Stove, Fridge, freezer (bottled spring water supplied) and dishwasher and microwave. Nespresso coffee maker, supplies of tea, coffee. Full supplies for eating and cooking ware. Oils and spices.

Dining Room
Barn doors lead to small dining room seats six. Wall T.V. Armoire. Ceiling fan with remote. Board games.
and playing cards.

Bathroom
New Step in Marble tile shower with glass door. Toilet. Storage shelves with ample towels. Vanity sink with storage, Mirror. Shampoo, soap, hair dryer tissues, Qtips and cotton, toilet paper.

Laundry Room
Double unit washer and dryer, utility sink with detergent and fabric softener. Wall hooks available. Storage area for pullout bed linens. Heated floors.

Beach and Dock
Private dock leading to Waters Edge and beach.
( Dock will be taken down and stored for months November through beginning of May) Yearly access available to beach, deck and rest of property!

Guests have direct river access for boating and jet skiing with the slipway on the same street just North of property. In the winter, explore scenic snow covered trails nearby, with trekking poles and snowshoes provided for your use.

Small Deck
Small deck off family room for seating. Barbeque grill available. Steps lead to cement pathway to enjoy larger deck area.

Upper Deck
Beautiful back deck with large navy canopy, chairs, table seats six with additional sun umbrella. Wooded deck steps lead to roped dock, lower grass area and beach.
