Groß, geräumig, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

Hier stimmt einfach alles

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten. Hier stimmt einfach alles und man spürt, dass die Vermieter das alles mit Leidenschaft und Herzblut machen. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, sehr sauber, schön geschnitten, sonnig, ruhig, es ist absolut alles da, was wir benötigt hatte. Die Sauna und der Fitnessraum waren das Sahnehäubchen on top. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter.

Top moderne neue Wohnung mit Fitnessraum und Sauna

Die Wohnung ist gross, neu und mit Top Geräten (Indukrionsherd) ausgestattet. Sie liegt im EG mit Terasse im wunderbaren Ort Bayerniederhofen. Es ist herrlich ruhig und ländlich. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/Wanne und ist sauber und wirklich schön. Im Keller ist der schöne Fitnessraum mit TV und ein Sauna/Ruheraum ebenfalls mit TV sowie Duschen. Außerdem ist im Keller eine Waschmaschine/Trockner. Der Blick auf die Berge ist schön- allerdings wird ab Dezember 22 ein Haus davor stehen. Im Ort können Brötchen gekauft werden (200m) und ein Edeka, Käseladen, Metzger in 2km. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar, allerdings gibt es auch auf der Homepage schon viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants etc. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Freundinnenurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung und das gesamte Haus sind sehr, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles ist tipptopp sauber und gepflegt! Die Beschreibung der Anlage stimmt zu 100% überein! In der Küche fehlt nichts was die Köchin braucht, alles da! Die Sauna und auch der Fitnessraum im UG sind 1A, es gibt genügend Handtücher, Aufgussöl, eine Dusche und ein WC! Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub!!

Hier passt alles

Wir können nur ein großes Lob aussprechen für diese wirklich tolle, moderne und wunderbar gelegene Wohnung. Hier passt einfach alles: die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und das Mobiliar ist neuwertig und qualitativ super. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, ist die Ausrichtung des Vermieters hinsichtlich des Nachhaltigkeitsaspekts. Das merkt man an vielen Stellen. Wenn es mal regnen sollte, kann man sich wunderbar in Saunabereich entspannen. Von der Terrasse kann man sogar (fast) Neuschwanstein sehen. Sonst findet man abgesehen von einer brauchbaren Gastronomie im Dorf einen Bäcker und einen tollen Bioladen mit leckerem Kuchen. Wenn der Garten bald fertiggestellt sein sollte, ist die EG-Wohnung noch schöner. Das Dorf ist darüber hinaus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Neuschwanstein, Füssen etc. Alles ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wir danken Familie Hipp sehr herzlich und kommen gerne bald wieder!
