Bed linens are available for a fee for stays of 3 nights or more; please bring your own towels. The beach is just a few minutes away by bike. Our spacious property offers ideal conditions for guests seeking nature and tranquility on holiday. Watch deer from your room, listen to the songbirds or the gentle rustling of the trees.

* As a former seafaring and fishing village, Prerow can look back on a tradition as a seaside resort spanning over 125 years. Thatched-roof houses with “Darß-style doors,” framed by soothing greenery, still define a large part of the town’s character today. An approximately 5-kilometer-long and up to 80-meter-wide beach of fine, pebble-free sand awaits you just northeast of town in the sheltered Prerow Bay, where the sun shines well into the evening hours. The primeval-like Darß Forest, located right next to the Baltic Sea, offers approximately 50 kilometres of hiking, biking, horseback riding, and carriage routes. If you cross this forest heading west, you’ll reach the western beach—rugged and romantic, sculpted by wind and waves. Prerow itself offers small concerts, museums, and exhibitions, as well as doctors, supermarkets, a cinema, playgrounds, and boat tours. By bike, you can easily explore neighbouring towns such as Zingst, Wieck, and Born. By car, you can easily reach attractions such as the bird park, the strawberry farm, and the indoor swimming pool, or head to Stralsund or Rostock for shopping.

der einzige wirkliche Nachteil: sehr weit ab vom Geschehen. wir sind keine Radler, also nur zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto. Da mein Mann nicht lange laufen kann, also: Auto! Dann folgen unweigerlich die Parkgebühren....Aber sonst alles paletti. Wohnung ist gemütlich, angrenzend eine Pferdekoppel ( schön!) Und das Cafe gleich nebenan ist einfach nur toll.Schöne Grüße aus Schleswig-Holstein.
