The holiday home is a solid-construction house with a garden and terrace, offering a magnificent view of the lake to the south through its large windows. The eco-friendly construction ensures a comfortable indoor climate on both warm and cool days.
On summer days, you can expand the spacious living area with its open kitchen by opening the patio doors to the garden.
On cosy evenings, the glass doors stay closed and the fireplace is lit. You can also light the wood-burning stove in the beautiful outdoor sauna—a large wooden barrel—and relax in its natural warmth.

if you’re looking for unspoiled nature far from the tourist crowds, yet still want the flexibility to reach both the famous Baltic Sea beaches and the seaside resorts on the island of Rügen, as well as the attractive sights of the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifswald, you’ve come to the right place.
You can explore the area on well-maintained bike paths, via a ferry connection to the mainland, on romantic backroads through fields and forests, or on tree-lined avenues across the island.
Here you can choose between the island’s famous southern Baltic Sea beaches or the child-friendly beaches along the large Greifswald Bodden on the edge of the Schoritzer Wiek / Silmenitzer Heide nature reserve.
The nature reserve begins right behind the holiday home’s garden. The nearby holiday attractions are easy to explore by bike or on foot.

Bed linens and towels can be booked with the rental owner upon request, if needed, for 20€ per person.
