Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Tiled stove with wood. The entrance leads over 5 steps and a 10 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, tiled stove, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs and 2 sunloungers. Kitchenette with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Some programs in German are available.


Location
Kőröshegy. The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Pets may not be left alone in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. Access to the house is a small, steep path.
