Schöne kleine Wohnung, top Lage gerade mit Hund, schnell im Feld oder Hundestrand. Wohnung hat alles was man für ein paar Tage zum Ausspannen benötigt. Kleine Anmerkung zur Ausstattung, die Bettmatratze könnte erneuert werden und die Terrassenstühle. Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro einwandfrei, sehr freundlich, offen und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine zwar kleine Wohnung, die für 2 Personen aber ausreichend Platz bietet. Kleinere Mängel, wie lose Kleiderhaken oder einige fehlende Küchenutensilien lassen sich sicher leicht beheben. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, defekte Leuchtmittel wurden sofort ersetzt. Einziges gravierendes Manko war der Pkw-Stellplatz (Nr. 30) in der Tiefgarage. Dieser ist so eng bemessen, dass er nur für Kleinwagen geeignet ist. Da nicht alle Stellplätze belegt waren, haben wir einen anderen benutzt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln, die aber nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Schrank Türen die klemmen oder Kleiderhaken die lose sind. Sehr schöne große Terasse die fast nicht einzusehen ist. Ansonsten sehr zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Ein Geschirr Tuch wäre wünschenswert. Die Wohnung ist allerdings hellhörig, die Geräusche aus dem Flur des Hauses werden nicht gut gedämmt. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten ist der Strand erreicht. Gerne wieder!
