This cosy holiday home is located on the grounds of a former forest farm belonging to the small village of Resele. The log cabin was built and maintained with great attention to detail. In other words, a comfortable cottage with a very special charm. The house offers a living space of 55m² and is equally suitable for single travellers, couples and families with small children.

Three hectares of forest and meadows surround the entire property and the "Angermanelven" flows alongside it, opening up into a lake at the level of the house. Here you can spend your adventure and adventure holidays but also relax and recharge your batteries.
The open-plan living space in the cottage has a very special flair and immediately creates a cosy atmosphere. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy bench, the room also boasts two comfortable/stylish armchairs and a warming wood-burning stove. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere, and the cottage can also be heated with electric radiators. A flat-screen TV with all German and international channels, a CD/DVD player and Wi-Fi round off the overall concept. There is also a dining area with adjoining terrace. The romantic sleeping loft offers two beds. The small but elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and electric heating, and amenities for the faithful four-legged friend, such as a drinking and feeding bowl, are provided, and a separate sleeping and cuddling area can be made available. The property also includes a sauna house, which offers a natural sauna experience with firewood provided, as well as a scandic relaxation area and an outdoor cooling area.
There are no direct neighbours, the surroundings are characterised by forests, meadows and countless lakes. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here, whether it's mushroom and berry picking in autumn, cross-country skiing and the use of an alpine ski facility in winter or swimming, fishing and enjoying the endless sunny days in summer. A sandy beach belonging to the property is also available for your exclusive use. The public bathing jetty is just a few minutes away, and in summer a motorboat can be booked or a kayak trip arranged. The fishing grounds are only a few kilometres away. The local waters are mainly used for pike, perch and crayfish. In the winter months, it is possible to book day trips by snowmobile directly on site. Sledging trips with or without huskies can also be booked, and the regional "Handlar" shop is close by for everyday shopping, while the nearest town of Solleftea is 15 km away for larger purchases. The next largest town is Härnösand (70 km), Sundsvall or Örnköldsvik (90-100 km) and it is about 80 minutes to the sea, while Höga Kusten (High Coast), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached in about an hour. At Näsåker (Nämforsen), a Stone Age settlement has been reconstructed and the early inhabitants have immortalised themselves with rock carvings. Further north is Junsele, where the zoo is home to white tigers and an adventure village. A special delicacy in our region: surströmming; this "fish speciality" has its origins on the island of Ulvön.
