Lucky 1 Half-House:



Bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a large closet. Living room with a cosy sitting area (converts to a sleeper sofa, 1.40 x 2 m) and a TV. The sofa bed is suitable only for children up to 12 years old.
The dining table is located in the sunny entryway of the half-house. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The holiday home has tile floors and is heated by underfloor heating.

Your holiday farm:

There are two half-houses at Lucky Family Holiday Farm. A spacious 3-room half-house spread over two floors and a 2-room half-house, both separate, with a terrace and garden. The holiday units offer all the comforts you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends. There’s plenty of space for a family holiday with grandparents or the extended family, as the holiday units can also be booked together. This way, everyone has their own private space while still having plenty of opportunities to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.



On the property: spacious garden with trees, shrubs, a playground, and a paddock. Parking directly at the house. Lockable storage shed for bicycles or water sports equipment, for shared use.

For families:
Playground and football field in town, cot, high chair, stroller (convertible to a buggy), outlet covers, stair gate, and playground equipment for climbing, sliding, and swinging in the garden. The horses in the adjacent paddock are welcome to be petted and groomed under supervision. By arrangement, children can be led on a horse or learn to ride at the nearby private horse farm. A babysitting service can be arranged upon request.

Important Information:
Please transfer the visitor’s tax of 1.50 euros per night per person (ages 16 and up) along with the final payment.



Services:
A linen set consisting of bed linens and towels can be booked upon request and is paid for on site.



Pets: One well-trained and house-trained pet per holiday rental is welcome for a fee.
