A charming semi-detached house, lovingly furnished, with 110 m² of living space and partially age-accessible amenities for 4 people. Enjoy the fireplace and sauna on cold days, and the terrace with its well-maintained garden in the summer. The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, which you can access via the stairlift.

This 110 m² holiday half-timbered house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub on the upper level and one with a shower), an open-concept kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. There is also a terrace with a well-maintained garden, and in the basement, a sauna (15 euros per day) and a laundry room with a washing machine (free of charge). The house also features some age-appropriate amenities. The bathroom has a shower with a seat and a grab bar. You can access the ground floor via the stairlift.

Underfloor heating in the lower level ensures a pleasant warmth. Should it get cold in winter at
—or simply because it’s cosier—you’re welcome to use the open fireplace. We’re happy to provide firewood for a small fee.
Towels and bed linens are also available for 10€ each.

Höfer is a small village about 12 kilometres from Celle. Celle is definitely worth a visit for its half-timbered houses and castle.
The heated Höfer outdoor pool is located right near the holiday home (about a 5-minute walk).
Forests and meadows perfect for long walks are right on your doorstep. The nearest signposted heathland areas are about 17 km away by car.

The nearest shopping areas are an 8-minute drive away in Lachendorf or Eschede.
From Eschede, you can quickly take the train to Celle (10 min.), Hanover (40 min.), or Hamburg (1 hr. 45 min.). The Hanover Trade Fair is also less than an hour away by car.
