About this property

In a central location, yet quiet and surrounded by nature, the charming holiday home "Dolomiti Rondula" welcomes you in the municipality of Ortisei in South Tyrol. The 160m² vacation home is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a hairdryer, while a highchair is available upon request. From the balcony you can enjoy the wonderful view of the impressive mountains of the Dolomites and the private covered terrace gives a view of the lovingly landscaped garden. The village center, with a range of restaurants, stores and some supermarkets is just a 4-minute walk from the accommodation. The 3 ski lifts Resciesa, Alpe di Siusi and Seceda (with access to the Sella Ronda) are also within a few minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity there is also a ski rental shop (150m) and a bike rental shop (200m).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed. A washing machine and a dryer are available free of charge. In winter, a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is at your disposal.

You have free access to the pool and sauna at MarDolomit (800m away, reachable with escalator to the center). The Gardena Mobile Card, with which you can use all public transport in South Tyrol, is also available.

An intermediate cleaning, including change of towels, is included in the price.
A continental breakfast with fresh bread from the local bakery can be ordered on site.
