This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Issaquah. Guests will find three comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed setup. Two bathrooms offer convenience with showers and hair dryers ready for use. The space feels tranquil and inviting, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding or gearing up for adventure, this lovely house provides an enjoyable retreat. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Plenty of games and puzzles for the kids and a yard trampoline. With a lovely 8 person chairs/table on back patio deck with BBQ. Also enjoy a work out room and pool table in the garage with a sauna downstairs and yard trampoline on back deck.

Downstairs is off limits except for the use of the washer/dryer and sauna.

This cozy home is nestled in a beautiful, safe neighborhood surrounded by lush trees. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation. Its convenient location made commuting to Seattle and the surrounding areas easy. Communication with David was prompt and reliable throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again when visiting the Seattle area.

My children and I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house and host. He was very accommodating and responded whenever we had questions. Everything was very homey and comfortable and we even got to enjoy the sauna. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely location surrounded by lots of nature. You'll see squirrels, deer, birds, and the like. Certainly spacious for a full sized family with kids. There are kids board games and a room that kids will enjoy. There's a practical room with a backlit mirror that women will appreciate. Every single bedroom has a TV in it. The kitchen is full of equipment and comes with a couple of basic ingredients needed. There's even complimentary water bottles, soda, and caffeinated Keurig coffee. So many pros for the price.The only cons are: there is no workout bench to make use of the dumbbells, the pool table is disassembled as of this review, and if you're from the South: there is no central air conditioning (two portable units can be requested). However, Seattle/Issaquah is typically cool, but on those really hot days, the house can heat up a little. The garage can be a little cold and depressing to workout in.But all in all, you get A LOT of amenities for an excellent price. Decent privacy from neighbors too. You should absolutely book this place. I'm sure the place will slowly improve over time and become better and better.
