A very nice 84-square-meter attic apartment at the foot of the Büchelberg.
A laundry package can be booked as an optional extra. Otherwise, you’ll need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
The apartment features a large living and dining room.
The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer (using the washing machine costs an additional 3 euros per load. Detergent is provided. Please use only liquid detergent).
The toilet is separate.
The small bedroom with two single beds (0.9 m × 2 m) serves as a walk-through to the second bedroom.
The single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed.
However, the sleeping area can be partitioned off with a curtain.
The second bedroom has access to the southwest-facing balcony.
A gas grill can be provided upon request (for an additional deposit).
There is a parking space in front of the front door. Upon request, an additional parking space can be arranged on the property.
We live on the lower level of the house. The hallway is shared.
The house is located on a slope. From the front, the holiday rental is on the 2nd floor. From the back, it’s on the 1st floor.
Inside the house, there’s an open marble staircase leading to the ground floor.
Access to the holiday rental is via a closed wooden staircase (see photos).

This is a place where foxes and hedgehogs still say “good night” to each other.
The area is ideal for hiking and great outings with your dog and/or family.
The Würm River is about 2–3 km from the holiday rental, and we’d be happy to show you our dog Maddox’s favourite swimming spots.
The holiday rental is located at the entrance to Lehningen, and in just a few minutes you’re out in the open countryside.
There’s also a lovely children’s playground right nearby.
The area around Lehningen is perfect for taking wonderful walks.
For example, you can take a trip to the nearby Monbachtal valley and then relax in the steam sauna afterwards.
And if you’ve had enough of nature, the city of Stuttgart is only about 30 km away.
There are also bus and train connections to Stuttgart from here, as well as a bus connection to Pforzheim.
There is a dog training school in the neighbouring village, as well as a veterinary surgeon in Tiefenbronn.
The small animal clinic in Leonberg also offers a 24-hour emergency service.
There is a Lidl in the neighbouring village of Neuhausen, as well as an Edeka, a Lidl, and a DM in Heimsheim.
Other shopping options, such as Aldi and Kaufland, are located in Calw.
