The villa features a spacious 10-meter infinity pool with sea view (currently under construction). The spacious living room with an open kitchen is perfect for relaxing. From the terrace, enjoy breathtaking views: watch the sun rise over the sea and set behind the mountain beyond Zakynthos town. A peaceful retreat with unforgettable views and timeless character. All the furniture was specially crafted in Vietnam and brought to Zakynthos to give the villa a unique, warm, and personal touch. Fittingly, “Xenia” in Greek means hospitality — and that’s exactly what you’ll feel here.
