This place was absolutely lovely! Clean, cozy and well stocked with towels, linens and amenities. We were even greeted by the owners pet dogs in the fenced backyard when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if our travels ever brought us back to the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cobb Barn. Phoebe was very responsive to any questions we had and everything went very smoothly. We will definitely be staying there again when we are back in town.

An amazing venue. Extraordinarily large and welcoming space with beautiful furniture, decorations and furnishings. Complete with everything needed for a luxurious and very comfortable stay. Lovely environment inside and out. Best VRBO of all we ever experienced. Hosts were extremely considerate and friendly.

As a former resident of St. Johnsbury, our stay here was as close to coming home as possible. Spacious, pleasing and well-appointed and accommodating hosts make this a superb vacation spot. We saw the Milky Way from the front yard!!
