Kitchen & Private Bedroom

Welcome to East Downtown! We are a 20m walk or a 5m drive to downtown, where you have access to George R. Brown Convention Center, Discovery Green, Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass Stadium, public transports & other family activities.

There is public transportation by bus within a 5–12m walk. We are Uber and Lyft accessible.

Your private room is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is accessible by stairs.

Your room's entrance is a sliding barn door that slides to close. There is no physical lock on this door, but there are curtains on the sliding door that are sealed wall-to-wall for privacy. There is no TV. See pictures of all room updates since 4/12/25.

Your private shower room is across from your private room. We provide clean bedding, towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. See pictures.

Access is limited to your private room and kitchen (no oven). No living room or laundry access. If using kitchen, you will need to provide your own food/ingredients. We provide cookware, tableware, cutlery, and a fridge. We provide water but no coffee. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk from our home. Please clean up after using the kitchen.

Noise level must be reasonable during your stay and when you enter/leave the premises. Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 6 AM.
